What happens next
1. We review whether mediation is suitable and whether the other party should be invited.
2. If suitable, you receive a secure continuation link for account setup, document upload and any refundable deposit.
3. The mediation service is already carried forward, so you should not need to choose the procedure again in the portal.
Refundable deposit
The deposit should be taken only after the initial request is received and the secure continuation path is ready. If the matter is not accepted for suitability review, the deposit can be returned under the published terms.
